You battled far too long. I am so sorry we had to let you go. I miss you with all my heart and I am not sure my heart will ever mend.

You will always be my special friend whom I’ll never ever forget. Thank you for all those wonderful 9 years of love and affection.

You were so beautiful and shared many happy times playing on the beach and running in the sand dunes on our holidays. I especially miss your kiss on my nose in the mornings and our cuddles at bedtime. I really do hope the grass is greener and you are running after the seagulls and chasing your ball once again.
