The Sussex and Surrey Pet Crematorium and Pet Cemetery
Here to Help You With the Loss of Your Companion
Looking at a website for a pet crematorium or cemetery is probably the last thing you want to do but unfortunately all of us who have pets eventually come to face their final departure. If you want your pet handled with care and respect and the cremation or burial guaranteed to be carried out to the highest standards possible then look at the ways we can help you.
Make Arrangements Easily and Swiftly
You can come to us directly or we can collect from your home or veterinary surgery if you prefer. We work with a number of professional veterinary surgeries who want the best genuine service for you and cremations can be arranged through them if you wish. It is best to contact us first and we can let you know if we work with your vet
The Cremation Service You Want Carried Out the Way You Expect
If you want an individual cremation then your pet will be cremated on its own in the chamber and at the end the ashes will all be carefully collected to the extent that all visible remains are swept from the solid hearth of the machine. These are carefully preserved for you to have returned or scattered or buried in the Cemetery. Your pet's ashes will normally be ready the following day but we can also ensure you have them the same day, you may come for a scheduled cremation at a specific time or you may even witness the actual cremation if you wish. See our individual cremation details
If you do not want the ashes returned and are happy for your pet to be with others then a communal cremation involves several pets being placed in the cremation chamber side by side. At the end of the day all the ashes are taken out and transferred to an area of the Pet Cemetery containing a memorial bed for you to use. This should not be confused with other services of the same name that may be nothing more than disposals. See our communal cremation details
Burial for Your Pet Or Their Ashes
You may have your pet buried in a formal plot in the Cemetery, you may have a "green burial" where a shrub will make the spot or you may have a plot for the ashes of your family pets.
Your Pet Handled With Care and Respect At All Times
All our collections are handled with the same high level of care and respect whether we collect from your home or your veterinary surgery. Your pet will be handled as if you were standing next to us at all times throughout the collection, transportation and cremation or burial.
Open Every Day
We are open seven days a week and you can even contact us outside of office hours.
Our normal hours are 10am -6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday
